FEES, PAYMENTS, AND INSURANCE
My current fees for an individual or couples intake assessment is $210 and $185 for ongoing therapy sessions. Fees (including co-pays or co-insurance) are due at the time of service.
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and will file claims on your behalf. If you are using insurance other than BCBS, I will either file an electronic claim or provide you documentation required to submit your claim.
I highly recommend you confirm your insurance plan coverage in order to avoid any unexpected fees such as unmet deductibles and to understand your financial obligations (co-payments, co-insurance). Any fees not covered by your insurance company will be your responsibility.
